Position AcCountabilities:
Customer service an d export operation for FCL an d customer consolidation container
Close cooperation with OPS supervisor to ensure cargo an d documentation flow at the same pace
Proactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur an d actions as client instructions
Control and reduce operating costs, supply competitive services an d price.
Work with implementation team to implement SOP.
Continuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated client
University Degree Or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in logistics management
Experienced in coordinate process ,re-engineering an d performance improvement program
Familiar with customs affairs especially bonded customs
If familiar with railway operation process, will be plus.

Ability to handle conflict an d ambiguity in work situations
Self-starter, performance driven with good analytical, planning an d time management skills
Excellent interpersonal an d communication skills
Fluent in both written an d spoken English
